Community Partnership
Queer Coffee Social is a sober-friendly LGBTQ+ community gathering focused on connection, conversation, and belonging.
Our events bring together queer professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and community members in welcoming third spaces throughout Central Florida.
Community Partnership: $500
As a Community Partner, your organization helps make Queer Coffee Social possible while receiving visibility within an engaged and values-aligned community.
Partnership Includes:
Recognition as the official Community Partner for one monthly event
Logo placement on event graphics and promotional materials
Sponsor acknowledgment on social media
Mention in the Queer Coffee Social newsletter
Verbal acknowledgment during the event
Opportunity to attend and connect with attendees
Space for brochures, business cards, or community resources at the event (table ok with venue approval)
Listing on the Queer Coffee Social website as a Community Partner
Community Partnership Guidelines
Queer Coffee Social is built around connection, conversation, and community. To preserve the welcoming and low-pressure environment attendees value, we ask that Community Partners refrain from conducting sales pitches or collecting attendee information without consent.
At this time, we do not offer sponsor-led event programming. However, we welcome partners whose mission aligns with connection, inclusion, belonging, wellness, education, creativity, and community building.
Our goal is to create genuine community experiences while highlighting the organizations and businesses that help make those gatherings possible.

A limited number of recurring partnership opportunities are available for organizations interested in supporting multiple events throughout the year. Multi-month partnerships include additional visibility and discounted pricing.
