Community Contributor

Community Contributors support Queer Coffee Social by providing gift cards, products, services, or raffle prizes that help make our events even more fun and memorable for attendees.

As a Community Contributors you will be:

• Mentioned in weekly Facebook and Instagram stories leading up to the event.

• Tagged in the recap post

Event Sponsor:

A $500 event sponsorship helps make Queer Coffee Social possible while giving your organization meaningful visibility within an engaged and values-aligned community.

Your sponsorship helps us continue creating welcoming LGBTQ+ spaces by supporting everything from event planning and marketing to community activities, supplies, and the ongoing work that makes each event possible.

Sponsorship Includes:

• Recognition as the official Event Sponsor for one monthly event

• Logo placement on event graphics and promotional materials

A limited number of recurring partnership opportunities are available for organizations interested in supporting multiple events throughout the year. Multi-month partnerships include additional visibility and discounted pricing.

Event Sponsorship Guidelines

Queer Coffee Social is built around connection, conversation, and community. To preserve the welcoming and low-pressure environment attendees value, we ask that Event Sponsors refrain from conducting sales pitches or collecting attendee information without consent.

At this time, we do not offer sponsor-led event programming. However, we welcome partners whose mission aligns with connection, inclusion, belonging, wellness, education, creativity, and community building.

Our goal is to create genuine community experiences while highlighting the organizations and businesses that help make those gatherings possible.
